At Thrive Learning, we do ABA a little differently:

NO minimum hour requirements - we believe all children should have time to relax with friends, hang out with their families, and just BE KIDS. We will recommend the hours we feel are clinically appropriate and work with you to create a schedule that works for your family.

NO constant staff turnover - All direct, one-to-one services are provided by a master’s level clinician and/or Board Certified Behavior Analyst. This makes each hour of therapy more valuable, reducing both the need for an excessive number of weekly therapy hours and the constant turnover of direct staff that occurs at other ABA providers

Weekly Parent Meetings - Parents or caregivers meet with their assigned BCBA weekly for coaching in how to carry over strategies outside of session, discuss your child’s progress, and address any concerns as they arise
